You accepted the order and you went immediately to the pick-up location. Before you even arrived at the pick-up place, your order gets cancelled by the store. This is something that can happen, but not that often. What to do next.

We will always pay you.

If you didn’t arrive at your pick-up location yet and your order gets canceled, you will get always get €3,00. When you are already in the store and the order gets cancelled, you will also get €3,00 from us. In case this happens you will be available for a new order emmediatly. 

From what moment the store can't cancel the order anymore?

From the moment you confirm in the app that you got everything, the store is not able to cancel the order anymore. From that moment you just need to start delivering the package.
