If you cannot find the drop-off location, that's pretty annoying. Let's figure out how to fix it. Let's go over the basic steps:

  • Did you already start navigation to the location and zoomed in on the maps level? Are you really next to the address location in maps or is is still a bit away?
  • Did you ring a bell and ask around?

You did all these things but still cannot find it?

  • Get in contact with support. Maybe we can help you out finding the address.

If you really cannot find the drop-off location, we will make sure that another rider or support will get in contact to fix this problem. If the drop-off location does not exist, we will contact the store and fix the problem.
