We want to know as much details from the rider you have a complaint about. Therefore we need the order number and an explanation of the situation occurred. Afterwards we'll contact the rider and keep you informed.
Follow up to the rider and to you
We will always make sure that we have a follow up with you about the incident. Please keep in mind that this can be a process of several weeks. We want to investigate everything to the bottom.
