Sometimes we make mistakes, but we try to avoid that as much as possible. You can send out a message to our support department and they will make sure that finance will edit the invoice. 

When you want to get it fixed on the invoice feel free to contact finance@packaly.com and we will make sure that the problems are solved as soon as we can. 

Make sure to include:

  • Invoice number
  • Problem on the invoice
  • Customer number
