Sometimes a customer makes a mistake in the delivery address that they give up on the website. Because we handle the orders in one hour, it's hard to emmediatly change it when you are already on your way. Therefore, we think that you should decide to accept the change or not. There are some things that you need to consider:
- Make sure that the new address is in a delivery zone, so you don't leave the zone.
- Make sure that you aren't riding way further than you originally needed to ride. We cannot change the 'payout' amount on the extra kilometers that you ride. It's your choice.
- You could also decide that it's too far and you cannot deliver it. In this case, contact support through the app and we will make sure that the order is going to be changed or cancelled. At this moment we will make sure that the issue gets solved accordingly.
You will get paid the original price of the order when you deliver it. You are not obligated to accept the change.
